Kevin O’Donovan FCCA, established Agile CFO Solutions in order to bring his CFO experience to emerging growth and scaling technology companies on a flexible basis. Kevin is a seasoned finance professional with more than 20 years global experience working in multi-national technology companies. During this time he held a number of senior finance positions in Nokia Networks, Nokia Siemens Networks and Vodafone in roles including Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, Sub-Region CFO, Director of Business Control and Financial Controller. He has also held several management team and Board memberships both locally and regionally.

He has extensive experience in the areas of financial planning and forecasting, budgeting, senior management/Board level reporting and analysis, operational financial management, balance sheet and cashflow management and cost control. Kevin has led both large and small local and global high performing finance teams and is highly recognised for his leadership skills, his ability to keep things simple and his hands-on approach. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Cambridge Marketing College.

Additionally, having always worked in customer-driven sales organisations and with both financial and marketing qualifications, Kevin has a sharp business focus and a passion for helping organisations drive business performance by combining financial insight and business understanding.
